SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Where do you ship to?

We do ship worldwide. But in case your country is not reached by our courier, we will inform you right away to make necessary changes to your order or refund your order in full. We do not ship to Russia and Ukraine currently.

 How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

 How long does shipping take for US orders?

Once your order ships from one of our warehouses, most items are delivered to the customer within 7 - 10 days after the item ships.

 Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?

Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

 How do I track my order?

Tracking will be available 1-2 days after your order. Please  reach out to our support team at support@arreisco.com if you haven’t received yours after 3 days.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification confirmation at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order.

 When will I get my order?

Please note that we may require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text from our team with tracking details for your order.

 What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed. For any additional questions please contact  customer service at support@arreisco.com

 What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.

  How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours after an order is placed. Please reach out to our support team immediately if you need to cancel your order for any reason. Our team begins processing orders as soon as the order is confirmed. and as quickly as possible so cancellations are very time sensitive.

Where are your items produced?

ArreisCo partners with various manufacturers from all over the world. We collaborate with both small and giant producers to bring you the highest quality products. Our reliable partners are located in the US, Europe, and China.

 What if there are missing items or products arrived incorrectly?

For missing or incorrect shipped items, please contact us immediately at  support@arreisco.com with  your order number (Order #) and provide us with proof, we will issue a return label for the incorrect item. You can email us or send the photo/video via Facebook or Instagram for faster response. The correct item will be processed immediately and shipped asap.
